The Ceremonial Bayonets Process

Ceremonial Bayonets Step 1

We dismantle all the catches ready for polishing and painting of the handles.

Ceremonial Bayonets Step 2

Once the blades are polished and masked the handles are painted in a two pack system. This gives them a very tough glossy finish.

Ceremonial Bayonets Step 3

Once painted the the safety catches are re-assembled back onto the handle.

Ceremonial Bayonets Step 4

The finished bayonets are treated, waxed and inspected ready for there next parade.
